Acupressure is a safe technique for anyone in good health. Water…..Few of us drink enough water to flush the toxins out of our bodies, and stay hydrated. We need at least (6), 8 ounce glasses of pure water a day. Drink one before each meal, and you will eat less.

Diet……. Fresh green vegetables and fruit, as much as you like, and 3 servings of whole grain
a day. Take it easy on red meats, keep them lean, and servings small, eat more fish and fowl.

Exercise! At least 3 times a week, engage in some exercise! Walk, run, ride a bike, swim, skate, hike……start slow, and work up to an hour. (It takes 20 minutes of steady exercise, to begin benefiting from it.)
